After-School Care & Enrichment

ARE YOU ENROLLED YET?

Dear CVUSD Families,

Whether you're already participating in after-school care or enrichment or if you’re looking to join for the first time, it is time to enroll in ELOP!

ELOP offers safe, nurturing, and engaging before-school (TK), after-school, and summer programming for students in TK through 6th grade. Your children will enjoy the hands-on enrichment, academic support, recreation, and social-emotional learning opportunities!

Fee Waivers & Financial Support

ELOP is state-funded, and program fees are fully waived for students eligible for free/reduced-price meals, foster youth, or students experiencing housing instability. Complete the application here to see if you qualify! (For help with applications, email childnutrition@cv.k12.ca.us).

Smooth Transition

Services with our current provider (PlayCV) will continue through December 18, 2026, and the new providers (AlphaBEST and YMCA) will be in place when students return in January 2027. Go to the ELOP webpage for FAQs and details. We can’t wait to welcome your family!

AlphaBEST: Serving Canyon, Chabot, Creekside, Proctor, Stanton, Vannoy.
YMCA: Serving CVE, Independent, Jensen, Marshall, Palomares.
